Frequently asked questions

Why doesn’t my logo show in Gmail?

Gmail removes images that are pasted from your computer. Upload the logo to your website or a cloud drive with a public link, and paste that image URL instead.

Is my information saved?

Only in your own browser, so the form is filled in next time. Nothing is sent to a server.

Will the signature look the same everywhere?

It uses simple tables and inline styles that Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail all support. Round photos may show square in older Outlook versions.

What is “Copy HTML code” for?

Some email apps and CRMs ask for the signature as HTML source. Paste the code there instead.
