Frequently asked questions
Are the numbers truly random?
They come from your browser's cryptographic random generator (crypto.getRandomValues), the same source used for passwords, and every number in the range is equally likely.
Are the minimum and maximum included?
Yes. A range of 1 to 10 can return both 1 and 10.
How many numbers can I pick at once?
Up to 1,000 per draw. Without duplicates you can't pick more numbers than the range contains.
Can I use it for a raffle?
Yes. Number the tickets or the names in your list, then draw that many numbers with duplicates turned off.
